We would like to remind you that MalagaCar.com remains open, for those customers who can still travel, or who are already in Malaga and need a vehicle.
MalagaCar.com office with personal attention
Deliveries and returns are agreed with each customer individually. We contact our customers 48 hours in advance, both those who are currently here in Malaga and are returning their car, and also those customers who are travelling to Malaga.
MalagaCar.com telematic attention
We serve our customers every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, by phone, email and whatsapp. Our customer service department is working normally and all requests will be answered by email.
Disinfection of vehicles
The procedure from when a car is returned to when it is rented again is as follows:
+ We pick up the vehicle and clean with disinfectant the most critical parts, such as the steering wheel, handles, radio, etc.
+ It is left parked for a minimum of 2 days.
+ When it is ready for the next rental, it is disinfected again and a complete cleaning is carried out (vacuuming, interior surfaces and washing tunnel).
This is an extra effort, but we will gladly do it to ensure the safety of our customers.
Home service
For those of you who are already in Malaga but cannot get to the airport, we now offer delivery and collection at your door.
At the moment, this service is available in the following destinations:
Málaga, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez Málaga, Torre del Mar, Nerja, Frigiliana, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Estepona, Manilva and Puerto de la Duquesa.
During the booking process you can choose the nearest destination and specify the delivery and collection address.
Remember that we offer free cancellation on any reservation.
