Marbella has a wide selection of hotels where to stay, for all tastes and budgets, from cheap 1 star hotels to luxury 5 star hotels.

Some of the hotels have a bar or restaurant in which they occasionally offer flamenco shows, others have some beautiful views of the coast and are located near beach clubs like Nikki Beach or the Ocean Club. Depending on your activities and tastes, you can choose one hotel or another, there are so many to choose from, or you can even go for an apartment or a villa in Marbella instead.

The first you must ask yourself is if you want the beach nearby and if you need a quality restaurant, nurseries or if you prefer to maintain yourself active and not spend much time at the hotel.

During the high season there tends to be quite a high occupation level which usually also means high prices, so we recommend you book your hotel with plenty of time ahead or choose dates outside the high season (July-August).

In what area are the best hotels?

Marbella is divided into two different areas by the N-340 road, one by the sea and the other at the foot of the mountain; so, in which side are the best hotels in Marbella? This depends on if you are looking to play golf, in which case, the best hotels are situated on the side of the motorway that faces the mountain, or if, on the other hand, you prefer to relax on the beach, then there are some magnificent hotels overlooking the sea.

Hotel Finlandia

The 1 star Hotel Finlandia is situated very near the centre of Marbella and the prices for its rooms go from 35€ for one person up to 53€ for a double room. This hotel has central heating, a safe, free internet, complete bathroom, balcony and TV. The hotel does not have private parking, but you’ll find a public parking nearby for 14€ per day.

Hostal Paco

A 1 star accommodation in Marbella’s old quarter and with prices from 40€ for 2 people in a double room. This hostel has central heating and air-conditioning in summer, free internet but it doesn’t have its own private parking, so you’ll have to leave your vehicle in a public one nearby for about 15€ a day.
