We start from Lanjarón, beginning at the bridge of the local freeway towards Órgiva. We cross the river Lanjarón and take the path that runs parallel to the river until we reach a plain of pines and firs. At the bifurcation, we take the left path to continue our journey along the river, which we will have to cross to get to nearby houses known as 'Casas de Tello'. These houses were devoted to forestry research in the last century.
